How does it work?

• Select package/lodging and number of guests.

• This generates an email which is sent directly to us.

• We will confirm the details, send an invoice. To confirm reservation we take a 15% deposit. Remaining amount due is charged day of arrival. Discounts available for 100% payment at time of booking and cash payments upon arrival.

• Better Refund/Changes Policy

  • Changes made more that 45 days prior to check in we refund the deposit.

  • Changes are made between 14 - 45 days prior to the reservation the amount can be applied to a stay or services with us within a year of original booking date.

  • Changes made less than one week, deposit is non refundable/non transferable except in the case of major storms making a stay unadvisable.
