10:30 Am-Noon (Yoga+Acu+ Sound): Somatic Yoga with Marisa followed by Group Acupuncture with Dr. Jessica, with sound therapy throughout.

Noon-1 Pm (Picnic and Botanical Nature Spa): Nourishing Pupu’s and Spa Treatments. We will have masks, scrubs, florals and various self care tools on hand.

1 pm - 2 PM (Immersive Sound Bath): Floating (if weather allows) or Indoor Sound Bath with Dr. Jessica & Marisa. Instrumental and Voice.

Join Dr. Jessica Renfer and Marisa Youngblood for a 7 Day Immersion into Deep Rest, Rewiring and Renourishment. We weave our most loved and effective therapies, concepts and experiences to craft a program designed to step by step bring us all into the source point. We combine therapeutic nutrition program and gentle fasting/cleansing, with sound therapies, somatic yoga, creativity, arts and nature cure as a descent deep to touch the core of self, then reawaken with the upmost nourishment, authenticity and joy. This program is available for a select few to stay on the property and also for others to join the day programming.

A weekend workshop with Dr. Audrey Rowan and Dr. Jessica within the framework of the Inner Rhythm Project (link here for info on the year long program). This is designed around the energies of Imbolc, the time of year in the northern hemisphere where we begin to awaken the potential within the Seeds of self that we carry forward into the Seasons of creation. Program content includes education/practice with Nei Gong Qi Gong, Dreams and Intuition Work, and Nourishing Seasonally Aligned Lunch/Teas/Medicines. Therapeutic elements include Energy/Sound Healing/Acupuncture, Spa Therapies & as always deep communion with the beautiful river and her waters. This is designed as an “outpatient” program with lodging options that are an additional fee.

Includes All programming, meals/therapies listed above. There is the option for those who wish to stay on the property overnight for the weekend or longer, which will include dinner on Friday and Saturday Evening. Pricing depends on length of stay and lodging option so we will work that out on an individual basis.
